Joint Touring

Highway billboard provided for by the highway code to promote useful information about the local area.

The flexibility of the Joint system is even more apparent in this “roadside” application.
The orientation of the sign in this case helps offset the angle of the pole which in this “spectacular” application is also slanted at the side to suggest the familiar shape of the right rear view mirror to people traveling along the highway.

A taut aluminium sheet on the longer sides can also be used to increase wind resistance.
Adhesive PVC with high-definition printing will then be affixed to this thin sheet.

The flexibility of the joint and the possibility of rotating the upper portion of the pole ensure low resistance in the event of accidental impact.
